Many of you ask questions about what I eat each day, and its actually quite simple. Just eliminate all the fun stuff from the food circle and there you have my meals.

This is what I had for breakfast. Almond milk with musli – Different nuts, pumpkin seads, sunflower seeds, qinuoa and so on..
For lunch I had some corn, a veggie burger made out of potato and carrot and a gluten free sandwish with avocado on top.
And for dinner I had dried apricot, dates and sunflower seeds.

Go nuts!

I eat a lot of nuts and seeds, they contain protein omega 3 and the calories that I need!

Pojkvännen är på filmfestivalen i Cannes och hänger med sina polare, men jag vill inte dit. Kollar vädret varje dag på mobilen och det är ju bättre väder i Malmö. Dessutom så verkar det rätt tradigt överhuvudtaget i år, iallafall om man kollar Classes blogg haha!

Tror jag möter upp Mackan i Istanbul istället, där är det iallafall varmt och gott och så vill jag ju träffa hans mamma och resten av hans familj!

Its time for a powerwalk with the two full figured ladies, Estelle and Baby Belle.. I think my mom fed them just a liiitle, little too much when I was gone, and they weigh just a liitle too much, so now its up to me to get them back in shape after a long lazy winter!

Många av er har frågat frågor gällande mina matvanor och undrar vad jag dricker istället för mjölk – Jag dricker mest mandel och lin mjölk och jag dricker aldrig soja mjölk eftersom det inte är nyttigt och dessutom enligt mig, smakar illa. Soja är inte nyttigt över lag, därför försöker jag även hålla mig borta från vegetariska hamburgare och annan soya baserad mat.

Many of you guys are asking questions about  my eating habits and what I use instead of dairy products like milk etc – I mainly drink almond milk and Flax milk and I never drink soy milk since its not good for you. Soy is not good over all, thats why I try to stay away from processed vegetarian foods like veggie burgers and sausages and other vegetarian junk food.

I morgon gifter sig min kompis Lotta med sin David och jag ser verkligen jättemycket fram emot bröllopet! Tänk så snabbt tiden går, känns som det var igår vi satt i mitt flickrum och lekte med alla våra råttor (Jag hade 35 stycken ett tag, Haha!) och alla hade religiösa namn! Gaia, Shiva, Shankare, Gansesha, Belsebub osv.. Jag genomgick i denna åldern en grav identitetskris och hade bindis i pannan, stank rökelse, blev vegetarinan och hade Buddist altare i sovrummet. Gulligt va?

Tomorrow one of my dearest friends, Lotta is getting married to her David and Im really looking forward to the wedding! Time flies.. Seams like it was only yesterday that we were playing with our rats in my room. I had so many of them, 35 at one point! Haha! And they all had religious names like Gaia, Shiva, Ganesha, Shankara, Belsebub and so on. I went through a bad identity crisis at that age where I use to wear bindies, smell like sage and became vegetarian and buddhist. Cute huh? 

Landed in Copenhagen at 10 this morning and now Im home and reunited with my family and beloved pugs! Its so nice to be back and I just love the crispy clean air! Went straight back out as soon as I came home with Estelle and baby Belle to watch them play by the water for a couple of hours. Life is good.
